Our supper at the Rainbow camp was prepared in something called a taboon. It is a metal barrel where they put in vegetables and chicken. The barrel is then placed in a hole in the ground on top of a fire pit, buried there, and dug up later. (much like the way a whole pig can be roasted here in the states). They then dig it up and we have a great meal.
